Plain terms for the Unsafe-Driver DIY kit and the optional File-for-me add-on.

What you get

The Unsafe-Driver DIY kit is digital files (a ZIP), emailed within 24 hours of your memo/tx email. The optional File-for-me add-on is one carrier Alert Line submit from a complete pack, as described on the page. From a complete pack, the report key and screenshot come back within 24 hours. Incomplete packs are refused. One carrier rail only. No FMCSA, police, or court filing.

License

The files are for your own use to prepare your own reports. Please don't resell or republish the files.

Refunds

Not happy? Email within 14 days for a full refund. Card payments are refunded through the card processor; USDC payments are refunded to the sending wallet.
